did you speak to a customer service person or an immigration officer? try asking to speak to an officer they will help you more than the reps you speak to when you dial the number

i doubt it usually the website is not accurate and lawyers usually advise you to not go by what the website is saying trust me i experienced it first hand with my dads case

I don't know which state you live in but I'm in the same situation where it costs way too much a semester ..But I was recently looking at schools in lousiana and with their out of state tuition...
