Honestly I waited to apply until after the election. I do not trust a Republican president with continue DACA. Now, as far as what will happen when Obama is gone....who knows....I wish I could...

Ok went and got my DL renewed today. I had to pay a fine it was $50 something AND they only gave me the DL for a year....I guess a year is better than nothing. Oh btw I'm in Jacksonville.

OK. It didn't happen to me BUT I do know that the site has been very temperamental. I just recently got approved after my RFE and the site kept going back and forth from card prod to post decision...

This happened to me as well. The only thing I can think of is that they must have sent the card to production and then sent the notice. Did you get a tracking number? I even got an email and text...

I personally didnt use facebook as evidence but I guess you can use your check ins to show that you were in the U.S.

Well the reality is that I trust you guys more that I would ever trust an attorney. I hope we get it right. Does anyone think is odd that my daca says I changed my address when I didnt?

Oi Thanks!

Just called my attorney and she said that getting the work permit approved doesnt necesarily mean that DACA is approved....she said that they are probably doing background checks...

What did they ask you for? Im only interested as I had to send a whole bunch of stuff and they have taken a bit. Tuesday it will be 2 weeks since they received it.

There are 2 ways to get your name change. 1) for free when you get married 2) through the Court filing a name change (which costs both filing fees and attorney fees).

ok here it goes im now 27, living in FL. I have my RN degree since 2008 and have not been able to take the NCLEX due to not having a valid ID. I want to get my RN license and go back to school...
