No....when she is approved she gets an immigrant visa on her passport from the US consulate to come back then her PR card will be printed and sent to her when she returns.

I thought you AOS here? If you go the i601A route you WILL need the police certificate from your home country; doesn't matter if you left before 16. BTW I think most dreamers left before 16 lol

Beneficiary has to do the medical and police report in their "home" country. Also make sure you check the schedule for your "home" country's approved medical facilities; some wont give you a report...

The shutdown might have affected their response times. BTW you're not filing I-485 because that's AOS form. I don't remember the forms we filed now but I think the

Remember the "deal" that was offered last year

$25B for DACA but significantly reduce legal immigration....... we should expect something like this because they know dems will never agree to it....

I don't think you need to wait for USCIS to transfer your case to NVC to file your i601a...... there are several steps involved before you need to deal directly with NVC. Start your waiver asap.

Probably mostly from people who have never felt the REAL wrath of USCIS. When you have a "straight forward" process go awry in like 10 secs you'll have an appreciation for a good immigration lawyer....
