A. No, it won't. Most of these agents don't care.
B. No, with valid bank statement, photo's, marriage certificate you are fine.

Yes, mine was for 480K for my, financed through a Broker who found me the best rate. Just had to show all my EAD's so they knew I wasn't going anywhere.

I spoke to my lawyer, if you read the original memo it only applies to people using AP from August 20, 2020 and forward.

I used AP in 2016 so my case is still valid, currently...
