actually I just checked today at Nebraska center and they are processing cases. Submitted July 16. 2015. My guess is that you have another 2 months of waiting.

I applied to Nebraska September 29. Took biometrics October 22. Still waiting. It depends on many factors like who is handling your case , if any further evidence is required, if they are not...
