Thats crazy. I'm from Livermore, but moved to Colorado a year ago. I received mine 4 days after approval so that was really quick.

Renewal App Sent it in: 11/12/2015
Bio: 12/08/2015
RFE received: 2/13/2016
Sent evidence back on:2/23/2015
Approved on 3/17/2016

I feel like you should have gotten yours by now. Did you get a RFE? Don't trust the website for processing times .Its incorrect.

I'm sorry. They honestly are the worst service center. I called the USCIS and they just give me the run around. I don't think they understand how they have such an impact on peoples lives.

They sent me the ref because my name changed to do marriage. I sent that out on the 23 of feb and still haven't heard anything. I have called and spoke to a level 2 officer and they stated it takes...
