I would say as soon as they delivered it. I did check my mail 2 hours after it was delivered, but I know for a fact that yesterday it still just showed I was approved.

No EAD here either. I was approved with the batch of 9/8. Status changed to Green Card produced on 9/14. I was really hoping I would get it today so I could go back to work.

Sometimes they do, but due to the high volume of calls I doubt they will get back to you today. The last few times I called, they got back to me 2-3 days after.

I just got approved also! I checked ELIS and it showed up under recent cases. The recent notice dates are the same with "Appointment Scheduled" and "Account Acceptance Notice." I'm beyond happy right...

I was told the same thing by a Tier 2 rep. This was back in Aug. 27 or so. Still no approval, but I hope it truly means you're one step closer to approval.
