They need some re-organizing for sure. The day when my bio appt actually got scheduled after 3 months, I got notices in the mail saying I don't need to do bio with the wrong I821D application number...

Finally!!! My ELIS account for I765 just updated to "USCIS has produced your Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) and mailed it to the address you provided." Now case tracker became "approved"...

Mmmm,I guess I will give it until the end of this week to see if my ELIS account updates or if my EAD card arrives in the mail. I only have a couple more weeks until my expiration date. Hoping there...

I got approved for both DACA and EAD on the same day but there is no approval notice for EAD, only for DACA. My status for EAD on ELIS has reverted back to "in process" after the regular receipt...

I have the same timeline as you after biometrics. Did your EAD status went back to in "in process" on ELIS from approved? This change was after my case tracker indicated that EAD is in production.

I contacted NILC when I was still waiting for my bio appt. They told me they wouldn't be able to help until my renewal hits 120 days :/

Did you do infopass also? If not, try that. Try also directly emailing the service center, and maybe even try walking into the ASC to see what they can do (they have the ability to reschedule...

We had to work so much harder than everyone else for similar things and to get to where a lot of us are today. I honestly feel like we are much more productive members (from reading the posts here)...

I talked to a Tier 1 rep, and I could tell she wasn't going to transfer me to Tier 2. She kept saying that it doesn't show online...The last time I talked to a Tier 2 was when they sent me the wrong...

Just called them, and the rep basically said that if my biometrics is stamped with the dates I took them on, that it's fine. I also sent a message in ELIS...feel like the phone calls have always been...
