Several confirmation numbers around minehave already been approved and I haven't even gotten my biometrics appt. yet... Mine expires in 10 days

Hi, my application was received on August 9 -- I still haven't gotten my biometrics appointment. Did this happen to anyone else. I keep calling to open a case but 'their services are down'
