That is not the same as ELIS. What you have is just an account with uscis.gov to track your cases (I-821D/I-765) with the receipt number. For ELIS, you would have received your I-821D and I-765...

Ive been APPROVED!!!!!!!! Case tracker online says my card is being produced as of 10/17/2016 (yesterday). I checked it this morning and it said it was still pending, when I checked online again...

We have similar timelines. I hit 105 days on Monday. Sent a case status through USCIS website. They did not have I-821D as a choice, so I had to submit it through I-765 as "other". Still waiting for...
