I was able to renew mine in Ga for 120 days with my I-797, I know that other states accept it too

I actually have had two biometrics this year, one for DACA and one for I-485 and when I went in for an interview the immigration officer said that my biometrics was cleared with FBI and they are good...

Where do you live? Here in GA I was able to get an extension in my DL for 120days with my I-797C, and I know that in Minnesota and I think PA is possible as well.
