We have a pretty similar timeline and I'm still unapproved. They received my app on 07/19, bios on 08/08 and expires on 11/06...

I'm still unapproved. Spoke to USCIS on Monday since it was my 105 days so they sent a request over to NSC.

Received case on 07/19/16
Bios 08/08/16
EAD expires on 11/06/16

So I got in contact with my Congressman and his office got in contact with the Nebraska center. They said they are currently processing DACA renewals prior to Mya 4, 2016.

Anybody that did BIOs in August get approved yet? I had to fill out a leave of absence today just in case. But it doesn't look like I will get it before my expiration date.

Man those USCIS workers could care less about us. They sound so unhappy to be working there.

Damn looks like we are both in the same boat right now. It's just going to suck big time not being able to work or drive. How am I supposed to get things done? :shock::shock:

I just found out about AOS. I am 23 been here since I was 5. I am currently under DACA, not married... Just wondering what makes one qualify for AOS. thanks
