Look at it from the bright side. At least you are already approved and a lot of employers are letting people work with just the approval. Some of us here have been expired 1+ month and out of work....

10/12 approval here. Just checked this morning and case tracker says my card was produced 10/26. ELIS shows the resident card statement as well. YAY. Hopefully they mail it today and i received it...

Congrats guys! Mine started being produced 10/12 so hopefully tomorrow or the next day! I just hope it ships before or on friday so maybe i can get it Saturday. yay

Yea! even some Oct 7th ones are showing "Case was approved". Haven't been able to find Oct 8th ones. Hopefully they start moving faster now!

Makes sense for adjudication of applications but not for EAD production. There has been a delay of EAD production for a month or two. EADs used to be mailed in 7-10 days. Who knows...

i think he means his card was produced 10/11 but he hasn't heard anything since.

Many Oct 4 - 6 are still at "card being produced". Ridiculous. We are gonna end up getting our EADs 4 weeks after...

I've been checking other IOE numbers and some of them from Oct 4 - 6 still say "Card being produced" haha. It used to take 7-10 days to get the card on hand. What the hell is going on at USCIS. They...

I want to ask everyone who has been approved and EAD delivered to also complete the "EAD received" column in the spreadsheet. We have tons of people approved but not many data points to accurately...

The approval notice (I-797) that we get is for the I-821D. We don't get an approval notice for I-765. Can you follow up and ask if this also applies for I-821D and any link/document that specifies...

I envy you for being able to work with just that approval letter. I wish my HR would be more lenient but they don't want to take the "risk" even thought the EAD will have the same dates. sigh
