I don't understand why we can't get an extension. If they're having delays, that isn't our fault. And if it's affect Us, the least they can do is extend our EAD.

I feel like we're at the buttom of their priority list. We don't matter to them. That's why they don't care to extend our EAD. We don't have a path to citizenship. So we're pretty much useless to...

I would also like to point out that the guy I was with on the phone said that after your I821 is approved, your 765 form could take up to 90 days to get approved after that. I was like you gotta be...

Exactly. They want to make you suffer some more. For all we know, we could be approved right now and not even know it until you receive your letter. Lol this is insane to me. I don't trust the...

You can't even depend on the website at this point. We might end up receiving a letter in the mail for approval. I'm on hold with USCIS at the moment.
