I've yet to handle it. My best friend doesn't know, but I will have to tell her soon. It's just so hard. I want don't want sympathy, but at the same time I wish they could understand what WE go...

Lol that's how I met my husband. Not on those reasons. He didn't know I was illegal until half a year in.

Just got a call from my work telling me I've been terminated but I will be rehired upon proof of EAD.
Which is fine, it just sucks because I have a feeling my card will be here sometime this week....

I'm glad to see some people getting their card in the mail. I was approved the 19. So I think it'll be a few more weeks until I have mine. It's been a horrible experience.

I never made an account for ELIS either .

My job only gave me until Monday the 24th to bring in my card. That obviously won't happen....
