I expire in December, 2018. I sent my request for renewal on 1/26 and my biometric appt is already scheduled. I would send it asap. Do it before 3/5.

It is an advanced nursing program which includes didactics + onsite clinical. I don't know why they would ask about employment auth because it is not a paid job.
