I was dorming on campus, and I'm not sure what the criteria was. I know two of my friends had received similar packages as well, one of them who was a DACA recipient.

You should wait for your biometrics letter. If you have access to your ELIS account (they send this in a separate letter with your code), you can also pull up an online copy of your biometrics...
