Yes we were, but it didn't even feel like it was that long. I only watch baseball and tennis, but my husband loves sports. He was the one doing most of the talking 😅

Yes. It's odd. They do that actually quite often to balance workload and to try to meet their posted processing times. So it was just frustrating not to see any actual progress. So just waiting on...
