Yes you can adjust since both entries are under age. So if you done AP you can adjust. I got a friend who went through that you might have to get another lawyer.

I would just clear my EWI first since your pretty much giving info to the uscis that you’re here with EWI but that’s just me. Good luck on your journey.

Your crazy if you submitted I-130 with an EWI. From what I know you can be barred for 10 years. Good luck though.

It doesn’t hurt to get another one since it’s free. I did get an extra EAD from AOS.

He clearly came in again after deportation which can lead to getting barred. People need to consult with an attorney and give every single immigration details in order to avoid unwanted outcome.

From what I heard. You chose the office you would like to interview but then if you have no legal entry they will tell you to go pick it up to the country your native to. And that’s where the tricky...

Different offices have different processing times. There’s someone in here that said it took him 4 month from submitting to getting his greencard.

Just send your AOS packet it with out it once u get you interview notice take it with you and hand it to them they usual schedule you a month in advance.

I would suggest with the packet too but if it’s more then a year get a new one and take it with you to the interview.

So I finally got update on my AOS. Had my interview but on my I-130 it’s says “Interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Reviewed“ but my I-485 says “New Card Is Being Produced” what does that...

Yeah she said she would look into since I presented new evidence. And she also said let’s corrext your new address so you get your green card. And she didn’t ask for anymore paperwork.

Just had my interview this morning everything went smooth. Nice lady only asked out our address, daughters info and see passports and where we met.
She hinted a lot of receiving my green card and...
