Update: At the beginning of March, I was approved for my GC! It took way shorter than what the lawyers expected, so I am grateful! If anyone has questions, I can answer them!

Do you mind if I ask which city or state you live in? I’m in Seattle and our lawyer estimated it may take 2+ years for things to get approved. We filed in April 2022 and I’m trying to forget about it...

Update on my AoS (through marriage with USC):

We submitted all the forms with the help of a local Korean immigration lawyer. Glad we did that because there were so many documents I didn’t realize...

Yeah, I guess they’re not doing biometrics because of DACA I assume? I got a letter from them saying biometrics isn’t required because they’re using the previous one.
