Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately it’s written out... so my moms last entry to USA was Jan 2001. So it’s written ene 2001 but there’s a stamp from her country on another page it says feb 2001....

It’s not for the i130 it’s for the I-864. Only a citizen or lpr can sponsor an immigrant. If you SO doesn’t make enough usually you get a joint sponsor. But if you have an ead you can combine...

I agree you cannot use your own income to sponsor yourself. But I believe you can combine, if your spouse is working. That’s another form you have to file. I would also include pictures.

I agree with this. I entered legally but chose to send applications separately. Next step for your mom will be an approval or interview. Then you’d send in I-485. Ive been at this for 2 years now...

I got my I-130 approved in 9 months too. But by the time I got my I-693 done and everything else I was already 12 months when I sent off my I-485. I have a simple case too. I thought it was better...
