Today I checked my case status online and it says an RFE was mailed to me on October 31st 2017. However I never got this in the mail. Now I was checking my case status online for updates...

Yes I was arrested. But under law the arrest is considered a "nullity" when you receive an acd (specifically for marijuana). I don't think I can even get any arrest/court documents since the case is...
