They would know weather you want it or not. They have to keep track of your expiration so they can ask for new documents.

They wouldn’t just fire me or the rest of us DACAs just for fear of us...

Idk what to tell ya (shrug).

My employer is big though and I imagine other large employers will do the same and I wonder if that will create a bit of a backlog from panic filing alone.

Well this is getting serious. My employer usually stays quiet unless something is off. They just emailed me today asking that I sign off on early renewal as they expect a "negative outcome"

My employer is proceeding with the filing for Perm Labor Certification and will file an i-140 under EB3.

They've asked that I get signatures from previous employers to confirm skills...
