Hey I'm just providing ideas, maybe decrease $2500 to $1000, or maybe one time fee of $10,000.

Dream Act MUST BE STANDALONE!

I know there are other threads like this, but I have to reiterate this, DREAM Act has to be standalone.

That is the only real chance it has to pass.

The Dems need to seriously recalculate...

They know full well that the DA has a significantly more chance of passing if it's a standalone bill, but they keep attaching it...
