Question REAL ID Travelling To Puerto Rico

I'm going to be going to Puerto Rico next month but I only have a valid State ID and EAD. My foreign passport is expired.

Will the State ID and EAD be enough to travel without any issues?

Renewal received: January 2018
EAD expires: July 2019
Card being produced: Today, February 2019

Package received the 19th. Bios appointment given on the 27th. No paper form was received. Checked my online account and the bios appointment form was there. I expire mid 2019.
