Noticed a few days ago that the spreadsheet seems to have offset one row down. Also today I wasn't able to access it due to it saying I needed permission. Has anyone else experienced this?

Just got the message that biometrics was scheduled. Document is not on ELIS yet so I don't know what day I am scheduled for. Will call about walk in ASAP due to my expiration date.

Not sure exactly what makes it complex or not.

No legal troubles/run ins with the law. Moved since the last renewal but had moved before my first renewal and that did not seem to be an issue.

When did you apply, received and get accepted?

I also applied to Chicago and has been a few weeks since I got the receipts in mail.
I expire in March. 39 days until expiration.

I used UPS. This was mainly due to Monday being MLK day and post office was closed. Detroit to Chicago was next day with UPS ground. $10 and included tracking. Can't complain about that.

Delivered Tuesday 1/16
Application accepted (electronic notification) Thursday 1/18 edit: Chicago lockbox/processing center

My EAD expires March 9th.
