I-765: Approved 12/17/24.

Expiration: 5.25.

I renewed night of election, 150+ days before my EAD expires. Lost 5 months, but...

Mine expires end of May 2025. So more than 150 days. They accepted mine application. They may not review the application until the 150 day mark.

Received my receipt notice in the mail. Decided to check my case. Turns out I got approved. My current DACA expires in September.

Timeline:
Mailed out renewal May 2nd.
Arrived May 3rd. ...

Couldn't take it anymore so I took a week vacation. Came back with my EAD in production!

Timeline:
I-821D received: May 26
I-765 received: June 8
Nebraska Center

Expired: July 23

I-765 received June 8. (Not sure why they're two separate dates)

I did. That's on me. I wasn't paying attention on the delays. Last time I renewed, I was approved a couple days after my biometrics.



I sent my renewal end of May.

Received: May 26 and...

My EAD expires this Friday. I'm about to on board with a new job same day. Well I guess I'm screwed unless a miracle happens.

This is pretty much what I do. I have electronic and paper copies of my renewals and just use those for reference.

Sent my renewal end of May. Just received a text for both I-765 and I-821D. The latter shown being actively reviewed. Does that mean no bio appointment?

I guess it just a waiting game now for the...

Colorado gave me a 5 year license. It used to match my EAD expiration. Not sure what happened, but I guess I was lucky.

Probably not. It took a few weeks for me to get my confirmation letter. Have you checked the USCIS website?

I've run into a few job applications that have this question:



It's a yes or no question. I'm guessing for us w/ DACA it would be yes. Has anyone come across this?
