People who cant provide a SSN, are required to show proof of legal residence in washington. I guess the state wants to crackdown on counterfeits, and so the department "takes" 60 days to verify that...

If your going to get ur dl in WA, then you should plan on staying their for more then 3 months.
It takes around one month to get a drivers test plus an extra 60 days to verify your residence adress...

Aguilan did you read the link I posted? You dont have to leave the US in order to obtain a "nurses green card".

Nope she didnt have to return to mejico, all done here in the US
