Oh sorry, he was about 20 when she petitioned for him because he got married once he was 22 and she said he messed up. Im not sure how all that works.

EWI with his folks who are both US citizens now. His mom did file for him to no avail, then we got married and I filed as well but we have to go to Juarez and at this point there is no f'in way...

I've been married 6 yrs to an illegal (in US since age 5) and we have 2 kids now (his mom is even a US citizen now, me and our kids too). I have been to numerous lawyers and none of them can do...

Would a VISA be bad?

Would a VISA instead really be a bad thing? Can't you get someone to sponor you with a VISA? Can you get a worker permit with a student VISA?

Does anyone know what the difference would be?
