For those facing termination for expired EAD

So my EAD expired but got approved 2 days later and now my employer is threatening me to get terminated. I found this case that I believe helps us with that situation. Great read too :)

I filed for both 2010,2011 amended taxes and got a approximately $5k each year for EIC. I did have to wait over 12 weeks for it since they had trouble with my social for some weird reason.

So for all that were skeptical of EIC i just recieved both my emended checks which came for $3500 for both 20010-2011 and still qualified for 2012 EIC. Im a happy camper :)

The same thing happen to my wife. We went to USCIS website and said it was delivered, checked USPS website and said it was delieverd to a different city other than the one we live in. We called USCIS...

i ended up getting a 2 year ID and 5 year license. I was told by one of the driver examinee that it does not depend on DMV it goes to sacramento and they decide.

ok i just came from the tax lady and in bold letters on the forms it says it takes 2-3 months for the return to be complete. So unfortunately no christmas money. But, the 2013 taxes for eic is good...

I had also posted about EIC and got a few responses which basically stated that I was not eligible. The next day i spoke to my tax person and she double checked this for me and yes we are eligible....
