Democrats say they want to help us, and Republicans say they will support DREAM Act until the border is secured, the best way Democrats could demonstrate they are really with us is by passing a TPS...

We can't leave those guys alone, lets talk to Rep. Gutierrez about this option, even if the DREAM Act doesn't pass it could be a temporary solution to give TPS for eligible DREAM Act beneficiaries...

Now I think the 245I law is much better than DREAM ACT! $2500 fine and on top of that pay out state tuition, makes it very hard for us, but well i think it would be better to have this than nothing.

I feel bad for people that age out and can't qualify in the new bill, but i think it is more likely that they lower the age even more than adding the retroactive provision, now I'm hanging in there...

we have not heard about it because we had waste a lot of time and effort trying to pass big bills that are way more difficult to pass than this small but effective provisions, just look, almost 70%...
