As for that question... When I got into a community college, I signed a "promise" saying that I was in the process of getting my residency and will have it before graduation. It also said that the failure of this would not let me graduate.

Maybe it depends on the college you attend?

are u talking about the affidavit on AB540? Because if u are, it doesn't say you have to get it done before graduation.
