Yeah we would probably lose but you know what? Today i was thinking about something and i was thinking about how all of this would make sense and how would it be possible that a cop knows we're illegal because of our license and doesnt throw us to ICE so i began to ponder on it and then i started thinking that maybe a law will pass along with this prohibiting cops to use that against us. They could use whatever else they want but they cant send us to ICE with the reason being: "The driver has a driving privilege card, therefore he's illegal"
