Are you serious? First of all they are legal immigrants. And what Ive noticed recently on this forum is alot of us want to throw other immigrants including documented and older undocumented under the bus, except, of course dreamies.

Immigrants should be included in the SCHIP bill. Do you think immigrants will come to this country to get health insurance for thier children? Maybe a few but, c'mon lets be realistic barely any will.

Right Now thousands of jobs are getting cut because of the current state of the economy. Legal immigrants just like USC who could pay for thier childrens healthcare and such cannow now. So is it fair that the government helps US citizens during times like this but not immigrants? This will create a two class society. Basically the Gov. will be sending the message, that we want you will you can create wealth and income, but when your on your back n need help F* OFF. These families will not be able to pay thier mortgages/healthcare/ and bills then either end up homeless or move back to thier nations of origin (Which some of them may not know all too familiar).
