This is an awesome article, though I wish the author would have written "at least two years in the military" instead of "two years in the military." Most people on the fence who read that line probably won't look favorably toward it.
In reality, a two year active duty stint in the military is very difficult to get. The standard is four years, and sometimes six. (Though in all three cases, they will still serve 8 years--the only difference is how many of those years will be active duty as opposed to reserve status.)
