Life did not "deal us these cards". You make it sound like we were born inferior and thus we must accept it. I think you are letting the opposition get to your head. Just because they tell us we don't belong here, doesn't mean we should start believing it. If illegal immigrants were the ones responsible for the loss of American jobs, and responsible for American students not getting into colleges, then of course I would agree with you and say we need to "stop demanding shyt". But eliminating illegal immigrants from the country is not going to create jobs for Americans because the majority aren't doing the jobs that Americans want, and it will not change college acceptance rates because if you have the grades and qualifications you'll get into a college and that's that. The people who are opposing us are, for the most part, people that didn't make it in life. They need a scapegoat to blame their problems on, and illegal immigrants are simply an easy target.

All of these politicians know that they would never send their kid to live in an unfamiliar third world country with no money and no guarantee of a means to support themselves. No one would do that to their child, and no one would want the government to do that to their child.
