thats how grassroots movement start/work. i am passionate about this because i really do believe DREAM has better chance of passing if its separated from CIR.

personally, im researching and writing a 5 page letter based on this whole idea of DREAM ACT VS CIR and have it read by UCLA law professor before i send it to AILA and my state senators and congressman.
