it is really tough for new immigrants, especially those who have never, or speak little English.
i was an immigrant but I have learned English since i was in kindergarten.
the article pointed out, we may need a better ELL program and have to re-consider some of our education programs

but it is so tough to help the young ELL students... i try to help them as much as possible if they happen to bump into me in school....
