as long as you meet the requirements of the DA, your deportation is stayed. The text of the bill doesn't delineate between "absconders" or any one else. There are a lot of people who don't know they may be under some deportation order. Let's not start scaring everyone about who may or may not qualify until the damn thing becomes law.
