I don't drive, but i will give you a few reason why and how it could help those who do.
1) sobriety check point:
You have a legal driver license. They won't be able to stop you unless you are drunk ( then you deserve to get stopped).
2) Can serve as an ID that states your age.
3) You can take LSAT/GRE/CAT/MCAT with this ID. ( I do not see as how you wouldn't be able to as it will be a Gov issued ID).
4) Streets will be much safer.
These are probably few reasons as how it would benefit people. So please do a bit of thinking before you call something dumb.
Any ways, Arnold has been much more pro-immigration reform as of late. He could potential sign this ( fingers crossed).
