Well i do not promote name calling ( at least not at the level you just used), so i can not agree with what you said about him, But he has veoted immigration related bills that were passed almost unanimously by the california legislature before.

That being said, the chances of Arnold vetoing such bill is high. However over the pass few months i have seen couple of youtube videos and news articles in which Arnold has talked positively of immigration reform and the need for one.

I have my fingers crossed, but i think, considering this is his last year in the office, he could have a change of heart and actually sign it. But again, fingers crossed.

So basically, i am just speculating.
