I go to University of Illinois, they require me to fill out a 4 page form in order to apply for in-state tuition, I tried last year and was declined.

It asks for so many requirements like my parents drivers license, tax-return forms, visa, passports, etc.

anyone know if theres an easy way to apply for instate tuition? how did you guys apply for it?
