Why can't they just 'test' the waters by trying to pass DREAM? If they see it doesn't go as smoothly, do they honestly think it will be the other way around for CIR? I just don't understand, don't they know that they're dealing with people's livelihoods? It's funny how the Democraps try to be on the side of the people, when in fact, most of the time they're giving them the shaft.
