Hey. I wanted to ask does anyone know what would happen if my application was processed and i was scheduled an interview in haiti, if they would allow me to have it here in the U.s or any other place? My dad applied for me and my sister a few years ago and we had an interview scheduled in haiti, since we had been living here, when we left the ban would have kicked in, so we ended up not going. Is there anyway we could have our case reopened and the interview moved to here? also I am currently engaged to a member of the military(for love not to get my status..lol), but i wanted to know if I applied for tps, would that allow us to get married and me not having to leave for an interview? That's why we haven't gotten married yet. It seems no matter what I would have had to leave, then the ban would kick in. any comments or advice would help. Thanks guys.
