True, but if I recall correctly the California Dream Act would allow undocumented students to get some sort of financial aid. The California Dream act differs from the Dream Act Senator Durbin introduced in that there will be no financial aid provided to students.
I don't have much to say on the transcript and honestly don't think he tried too hard to gain political points over the issue of immigration. Like Eddy117 said, hes had a soft spot for undocumented individuals who have no fault in the acts of their parents and what he said on "On the Record" is nothing special.
