I still find it hard to believe that they don't know what is going on, though. The pdf of the memos is posted right there with the article, and they do establish quotas for deportations, just as Gutierrez said. If it is in the
Washington Post, but there are still massive raids happening in Arizona, then is seems fairly apparent that words are not matching deeds. I also still believe somebody should come out and remind the governor and state legislature in Arizona that immigration enforcement is a Federal issue.
