I am completely in favor of sealing the border without a doubt and checking for I-94s whenever someone goes back and see if they overstayed so they could ban their asses and with harsher border security make it almost impossible for them to enter the country illegally.

As far as making impossible to hire illegals the Schumer Graham bill makes it sound really nice with the biometric measures, but you know "compadre, yo siempre te echare la mano". It's really easy for anyone to harbor people who overstay and have them work under ones wing, especially when they are relatives. It would be nice to check on everyone who is brown and looks like is working illegally but then you get into the dilemma that's taking place in Arizona, racial profiling, knocking in suspicious work places, etc. Let's face it, even after these skilled workers obtain their documents the majority of them are going to end up having the same job and then who guarantees that those who couldn't get their documents because they have criminal history are going to leave the country? Things are going to get nasty.
