I couldn't agree more, and I am calling Reid's office to tell them so, and Lugar and Durbin too. Eight years after the backlogs are cleared AND some totally moveable targets on security are met might as well be never.... who knows if the chance will ever come. Horrid. They need to pair up DREAM with Agjobs, since both currently bipartisan, and then vote up or down. This sh*t is ridiculous... Comprehensive reform in the present environment is gonna be way too punitive, as this outline makes so clear. DREAM ACT NOW, and once Dreamies have status they can advocate even more boldly for CIR, this bill is NOT COOL.
