Everbody wants a reform and yet nothing is being done about it. Everybody says the system is broken, needs to be fixed, the country needs a reform blah blah blah and year after year we're still in the same place. This whole thing is a joke and I'm quickly losing my patience. All these articles, reports, statistics are useless.
