Why not? If it's a lose/lose situation, why not put it on the floor? Make those GOP senators publicly go on record saying that they don't want CIR. That they are anti-immigrant (anti-hispanic
). I'd love to see McCain win the primary and then vote NO on CIR. With all the crap he's been spewing lately + his NO vote...imagine the number of Latinos that would actually vote for him... Just a thought though...
